Talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, please tell us as soon as you can. Most concerns can be resolved quickly with a conversation. Call 020 3488 9589 or email info@uklawyer4u.com.
Our complaints procedure
Client matters are managed through Taylor Rose Limited, so formal complaints are handled under the Taylor Rose complaints procedure, which is set out in its terms of business. You also receive details of the procedure when you instruct us.
We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and send you a full written response. The firm has up to eight weeks to resolve your complaint before you can take it to the Legal Ombudsman.
The Legal Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with the final response, or eight weeks have passed, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to look at your complaint. It is free and independent.
You must normally contact the Legal Ombudsman within six months of the final response to your complaint, and within one year of the problem happening or of when you found out about it.
